Arrange your delivery
Local delivery is free to eligible postcodes on orders of £42.75 or more, with deliveries available Monday to Saturday. This applies to wheelie-bin orders, firewood nets, kindling and bundles. Orders below £42.75 are available for free collection from Snarestone Road. Eligible customers can order online directly; there is no need to email before ordering. We normally aim to deliver within 1–2 working days after accepting your order and will contact you to agree the delivery day. For questions about our delivery area or access, email firewood@fireandstars.co.uk. Delivery availability does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.
A delivery spot that works for you
Our wheelie bins make it easier to bring your logs to a convenient place. Tell us where you would like your bin and about any gates, steps or other access details. We will agree a suitable delivery point with you.
For your next exchange
Have your empty Fire & Stars bin available at the agreed point. We exchange it for a full bin of the same size. If you need extra bins or a different size, contact us first so we can arrange the correct allocation and deposit.
