Share a little warmth
Recommend Fire & Stars to a friend. They get 5% off their first qualifying firewood order, and you receive the same amount in store credit after their order has been fulfilled and checked.
A £45 fuel order gives your friend £2.25 off and earns you £2.25 in store credit.
How to join
- Request your personal code. Email firewood@fireandstars.co.uk from the email address you use for your Fire & Stars orders. Existing customers are welcome.
- Share your code with a friend. They enter it at checkout on their first order with this shop.
- We check the order and add your credit. This is a manually reviewed programme. Credit is issued after the qualifying order is fully fulfilled, rather than immediately at checkout.

What qualifies?
- Your friend must not have placed an order with this shop before.
- They must spend at least £45 on eligible logs and kindling before the referral discount. Refundable bin deposits and delivery charges do not count towards this minimum and are not discounted.
- The 5% discount has no maximum reward cap. Your credit matches the actual referral discount on qualifying fuel.
- Our existing multipacks qualify at their advertised pack prices. The referral code cannot combine with other discount codes or automatic quantity offers. For several nets, choose a 3-, 5- or 10-net pack rather than increasing the quantity of single nets.
- For subscriptions, the referral discount applies to the first payment only. Later payments are charged at the normal subscription price.
- One first-order referral discount per new customer. Referrals must be to another customer, not yourself.
Your store credit
Use your credit towards a future online purchase when signed in to your customer account. We manually check attribution, fulfilment, cancellations and refunds before confirming the reward. Cancelled or refunded fuel does not earn credit; partial fuel refunds are reviewed against the qualifying discount. Returning only your refundable bin deposit does not reduce credit earned on a valid fuel order.
