First delivery or refill?
Log fill: £125. Your first order also requires a £100 refundable bin deposit, making £225 with free local delivery to eligible postcodes. Already have the matching Fire & Stars bins to exchange? You only pay for the log fill.
Local delivery is to an agreed accessible point. Tell us about gates, steps or other access details so we can agree the best spot.

Ready for your next fire
Add a bag of kindling or save with a multipack. You can also top up with large kiln-dried firewood nets. Ask us to include them with your bin delivery for the same drop.
Collection & local delivery
Local delivery is free to eligible postcodes on orders of £42.75 or more, Monday to Saturday. Orders below £42.75 are available for free collection. Order online and enter your postcode at checkout to check local delivery eligibility. For delivery or access questions, email firewood@fireandstars.co.uk.
Collection from Snarestone Road is free. Orders are usually ready within one hour during our normal working hours. Orders placed outside working hours will be prepared when we reopen. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling, and collect during our normal working hours.
